I have a problem, i have videos with amazing stats but they don't get over 10000 views and its just very annoying because i have shorts with 100% audience retention.

The editing style you use attracts kids not adults with money, you got some good information but you care about your youtube stats more than giving good information in your videos. I think that no bull shit videos that give good value will increase the probability that people will buy paid courses from you. Please make the editing at least a little bit less in your face and annoying. No hate, no facts and it's just my opinion.

IT was not a good advice to tell friends and family about your channel, they are probably not your target audience, and if they now subscribe, UA-cam will look for people who watch the same content as your mother and sister do, which maybe not interested in your ideas.

BUT, take into consideration just how hard it will be to rank in any of these categories. Channels with a big following with lots of subscribers will get shown before a channel just starting out or a channel with fewer subs, likes, etc. also, these categories are sooo saturated that everyone who starts a channel now will get a tiny slice of the pie IF you can get it monetized at all. He is a tip if you want to become a good storyteller and this will take a bit of time but as well worth it read the book “here with 1000 faces by Joseph Campbell“ this book will teach you step-by-step how to brilliantly script stories and shows you the format that all good stories follow you can even find excerpts from this book online or you can probably find the original interview on PBS by Joseph Campbell himself narrating his other book, the power of myth where he also touches on what he calls“the heroes journey” using Star Wars as a reference point. I study Joseph Campbell years ago when I had to stay up during the “midnight shift“ when my daughter was a newborn. Joseph Campbell was the only interesting thing on. I watch the past the time and was blown away. You will be too. It’s well worth your time you can thank me later .
